Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Mechanical Design Engineer. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical products, improving the existing products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine project constraints, requirements, and specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience with designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical products Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Structural Analysis (SA) Demonstrated experience in project management and working in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with designing products for manufacturing processes such as injection molding and sheet metal forming is a plus Proficiency in relevant computer software programs, including Microsoft Office SuiteJob tags
