Job description
- Should prepare users stories, which have details of technical requirements as well.
- ensure deliver as per business expectation and with agility.
- Should participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications
- Should provide UAT support.
- Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.
- Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications.
- Should lead project review meetings to gain business confidence.
-Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like HTML5/CSS3, AngularJS, React, API etc.
- Candidates must possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and modules.
-Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
- Strong technical skills in JAVA, shell script, Oracle (PL/SQL),and devops (Jenkins, SonarQube, maven).
- certification as Production Owner or Scrum Master preferred.
- Strong telecom background
- Strong troubleshooting skills on unix platform and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.

The person should have development background along with good documentation skils & interaction with business stakeholders. hands on experience in development of UI, use cases and functional specification is must with knowledge in Java, Struts, REST web services (Spring Boot) and PL / SQL development . Candidate should have knowledge on performance improvement via query optimization, index creation etc to ensure stability & scalability of development.
