About the Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and expanding the companys customer base. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. We have outlined key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide your performance in this role.

Functional Parameters:

  1. Sales Revenue Generation:

Target: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

  1. Lead Generation:

Target: Generate a minimum of 20 new leads per week through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

  1. Client Relationship Management:

Target: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

  1. Product Knowledge:

Target: Acquire in-depth knowledge of all products offered by GRE Renew Enertech to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

  1. Market Research:

Target: Conduct regular market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  1. Sales Pipeline Management:

Target: Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly to track progress and prioritize opportunities.

  1. Proposal and Quotation Preparation:

Target: Prepare accurate and compelling proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries and requests.

  1. Negotiation Skills:

Target: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.

  1. Sales Reporting:

Target: Submit weekly and monthly sales reports detailing activities, achievements, and challenges encountered.

  1. Customer Satisfaction:

Target: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and providing excellent pre and post-sales support.
