Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Jodhpur. The Regional Sales Manager's day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining and expanding customer base, managing sales team performance, establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, and implementing marketing strategies.
Qualifications

- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
