We are hiring a Back Office Executive. As a Back Office Executive , you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in back office operations
- Strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Excel
- Minimum qualification of 12th grade
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Handling data entry tasks, such as inputting information into databases and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Managing and updating company databases and systems
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all company and client information
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
