Job description

Caspian Supply Chain Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - HR for our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should be a native Tamil speaker with proficiency in English, possessing excellent communication skills in both languages. The role requires the candidate to effectively manage and handle blue-collar employees, demonstrating a strong understanding of their unique HR needs.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions.
Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires.

Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations and address grievances promptly.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
Implement HR policies consistently and effectively.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel as and when required to various locations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on managing blue-collar employees.
Native Tamil speaker with proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
