Roles and Responsibilities

 
Conduct thorough assessments of employees' communication skills and needs (Call, Chat, and Email)
• Understand business requirements on voice, email, and web chat requirements & and lead/contribute to module creation and customization.
• Identify areas of improvement and develop personalized coaching plans.
• Provide regular individual coaching sessions to employees to enhance their communication abilities.
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their communication goals.
• Organize and lead group sessions on various aspects of communication.
• Assist employees in developing effective communication strategies tailored to their specific roles and objectives.
• Teach techniques for conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Continuously assess progress and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
• Adjust coaching methods and strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and curate resources, including training materials, exercises, and tools, to support communication improvement efforts.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in communication techniques and technologies.
• Incorporate new insights into coaching practices.
• Create and develop content for coaching and training sessions.
• Responsible for development initiatives as per the training needs analysis
• Conduct training programs based on the business requirements.
• Preparation of reports
• Conduct DSAT analysis and RCA for customer surveys marked as DSAT.
• Provide support through huddles, refreshers, statements, and any other TNI/TNA-based activity.
• Participation in call calibrations and meetings
