Job description
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.Â

Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of projects.
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create the ideal finished product.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
- Lead the design team in developing architectural concepts and plans for various projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong design and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
