Job Description & Responsibilities: Ability to think creatively and strategically design solutions within Modern Composition tools to create solutions to implement and enhance functionality within the toolsets. Able to support critical and complex initiatives with minimal assistance. Collaboratively works across the organisation to resolve issues and develop solutions. Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed. Lead and support the implementation of process improvements (e.g. best practices and quality improvement) Monitor and report on project health. Interface with IT / developers regarding requirements from product and system enhancements. Create and maintain process maps and SOP’s. Create and maintain workflows, creating and coding communication templates and program rules. Monitoring of day-to-day production Triage and reporting
Experience Required: Overall, 8 to 10 years experience. Three years of relevant experience Experience with Messagepoint / GMC, Crawford ProDesigner, Indellient / Blue Relay preferred. Experience in Smart communication tools – CTO (Composition Tool Operations) required. Education and Training Required: Bachelor's degree. Primary Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus. PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services, is helpful. Knowledge of PCs, Internet, Windows, and MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio Additional Skills: Ability to lead a project. Knowledge of Express Scripts’ systems and platforms Strong data management and technical skills Highly organised, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus. Ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule to manage timelines and meet project deadlines.Job tags
