Key Deliverables
1. Set up a modern futureready stateofthe art & efficient greenfield include all maintenance facilities Quality (e.g. Industry 4.0)
2. Ensure safe efficient and compliant manufacturing operations
3. Play a pivotal role in scaling up the business (5x)

Background / Experience
- Experience in setting up modern manufacturing facilities
- Well versed in latest manufacturing techniques / Industry 4.0
- Experience in discrete manufacturing operations
- Experience in cost management and cost improvement
Other traits:
- Capacity to lead a team manage people issues and experience in handling large teams.
- Business oriented approach
- Strong believer in adherence to quality & safety.
- Sensitive to environment & social issues.
- Good administrative and people management skills
- Experience in interacting with external agencies and government authorities.
- Ability to handle local administration local environment factory related government interfaces PCB etc.
KPI
To ensure that the business goals of the unit including product quality are achieved through effective management of the interdependencies between the departments provide a clean and safe working environment and maintain industrial harmony
- Long term visioning for the unit for setting the direction and pace.
- Formulate business plans for the above and monitor the progress.
- Short term goal setting for the functioning of each department to achieve the overall business goals.
- Build teamwork for smooth functioning between departments and review performance regularly.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for employees and the community at large.
- Ensure product quality and take charge of process improvements
- Monitor cost economics.
- Create a culture of shared resources corporate responsibility no watertight compartments to further company objectives.
- Monitor statutory compliance.
- Implement new initiatives of the division.
- Dealing with the public and the government.
- Responsible for deployment of policies systems practices related to managing the Human Resources of the plant.
- Maintain smooth and cordial industrial relations.
