KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - Quick Commerce Company: Bold Care Location : Navi Mumbai About Bold Care: Bold Care, co-founded by Ranveer Singh, is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare company committed to revolutionising men's wellness. We specialize in providing personalised and discreet solutions to men's health issues through a combination of innovative telemedicine, cutting-edge technology, and expert medical advice. Job Description: End-to-end Key account management of the company’s most crucial quick commerce channels. Grow and find avenues to grow sales on the platform. Work on curational or developmental networks – SKU and combo creation, visibility projects, etc. Run month-to-month executions on platform visibility and on-platform demand generation. Manage pricing, product mix and overall P&L for the channel. Devising & Implementing the Long Term Customer Growth Strategy, Marketing Strategy for Growing the Top line and Traffic for our online business, while also improving bottom line Formulating brand building strategies using marketplace growth levers like listing optimization, PPC, inventory planning, OOS, utilising A+ Content creatives, Pricing Research & analyse data for platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms etc. to find white spaces in market Managing fulfilment operations for channel partners. Monitoring Stock Ageing / Slow Moving SKUs with each partner and driving actions to ensure zero loss. Optimization of Marketing spends Responsible for P&L - forecasting & budget planning Work experience with swiggy, Zepto and other Quick Commerce players is a must requirement Qualifications: Relevant connections in top QC accounts is a plus. Great relationship management and conversational skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong grasp of business fundamentals and basic data analysis Fully adept with Microsoft Office and high comfort level with Excel analysis Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead initiatives with a data-driven, analytical approach.Job tags
