Job description

. Assist the management team in crafting the Company's holistic growth and organizational technology related strategies.

. Provide input to annual budget exercises and manage organizational spending to set budgets.

. Build automated data ecosystem with multiple data sources to automate the business processes end to end.

. Lead the development & design of data warehouse and ETL processes.

. Benchmark and compare security practices with the industry. Demonstrate knowledge, implementation, operations and maintenance of information security standards and frameworks like NIST Cyber Security, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT,ITIL, etc as applicable.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in software design and development with aspiration to be a future business leader.
• Experience in managing technical teams, including responsibilities for hiring, management, resource allocation, and budgeting. Startup experience will be valuable.
• Very good understanding of technology, including a variety of modern programming paradigms (E.g., Java-8, Rest APIs, Spark, HTML-CSS, Microservices, Python, Angular/React, No-SQL (Cassandra, ES, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.) and SQL databases), andproject/process management tools, Microsoft 365, dynamic 365, Azure services.
• BTech/MTech/MBA(IT) from well-known institute
• Rank holder and achiever who is ready to lead the Team/ Department
  

. Candidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
