Perform service activities like rework, modifications, repairs and installation of hot runner systems, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system.
Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Explain issues with HRS systems and repairs to customers
