Job description Develop and maintain Oracle database solutions using Oracle 12c/19c with strong SQL and PL/SQL skills. Proficient in writing complex queries utilizing analytical functions and regular expressions. Independently design and implement Packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and other necessary database objects. Experience in handling file operations such as data upload from files and generating files from the database. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks accordingly. Skilled in coding, process flow, debugging, analysis, and performance improvements. Collaborate with both internal and client teams, providing support and contributing to project development. Well-versed with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. Provide regular and accurate status updates on ongoing projects. Solid understanding of relational database systems and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Familiarity with basic Shell Scripting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in handling Oracle objects and implementing exception handling strategies. Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation. Desirable Skills: Development experience with object-oriented programming in Oracle. Exposure to database technologies beyond Oracle. Familiarity with SQL developer, DBMS packages, and UNIX. Functional understanding of the insurance domain (preferred).
