Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets
Roles And Responsibilities - Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality products
- Set-up machines based on job requirements
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on machines
- Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as needed
