Job Description :
The Person should :
• Responsible as Key account Manager, working from P to P with entire satisfaction of customer and organization key stack holders.
• Liaison with Customer and their OEMs, consultants, Branch officials for Technical / commercial support on our products.
Building business Relationship with OEMs, Engine manufacturers , consultants and end users.
Customer Satisfaction is to be measured in terms of – timely response, Quality of response, relationships at the various levels, business incremental, organizing senior team members meetings as & when required, periodic visits etc.
• Long Terms strategy planning.
• Booking orders and Concluding Negotiations.
• Collection of Receivables in time.
• Organizing sales conference, Customer / consultants meet.
• Ensure that products or systems proposed to customers are techno- commercially viable.
• Support the sales team during customer visits, trade fairs etc. and assist the team to gather technical information on customers' current and potential applications.
• Participate on product development projects.
• Developing the marketing Material.'
