- Proven experience as a Team Lead in calling and team handling experience .
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues to help the associates.
- Forecast, rostering, monitoring of queue, planned and unplanned leaves.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- 12 - 13 years- experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support.
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic technical Knowledge.
