Job Description:
As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daytoday operations of our production floor. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient workflow maintaining highquality standards and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving productivity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Work Planning/Allocation:
- Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to production team members based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
Productivity & Quality:
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining highquality standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Following 5s Protocols:
- Promote and enforce 5s principles (Sort Set in order Shine Standardize Sustain) to ensure a clean organized and efficient work environment.
- Train and motivate team members to adhere to 5s protocols and best practices.
Weekly Reporting:
- Prepare and submit weekly production reports to management highlighting key performance metrics challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make datadriven decisions to optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 23 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferably in fabrication or machining works.
- Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
