About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team and help us revolutionize the world of customer care. As an Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and delivering insights and analytics projects that identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes for efficiency and effortlessness.

You'll support our VP and Directors of Operations, along with Customer Experience, by providing them with data-driven insights that will help them make informed decisions. You'll also mentor, support, and manage a team of Insights Analysts. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can identify trends and communicate ways to improve business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistical methods, and experience with data analysis software. You'll work collaboratively with our team of customer care professionals to identify areas for improvement and offer expertise that links analyses and results to business challenges.

As Analytics Manager, You Will…

• Understand business needs and objectives
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
• Select and implement analytics solutions
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts
• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
• Translate data analyses into actionable strategies through strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Support departmental strategic initiatives and process improvement

Requirements

As Analytics Manager, You Have…

• A bachelor's degree in a field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science is preferred
• Experience with statistical analysis is an asset
• The candidate must possess strong Excel skills and have a knowledge of Power BI
• The candidate must have proficiency in fine-tuning data queries
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of SQL queries/SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) are required
• Familiarity with Dimensional Modeling design principles is a plus
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistical methods, and experience with data analysis software
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders and team members
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team of data analysts
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Must be able to work with urgency and meet deliverables
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Design and manage new projects, audit existing data collection
• Identify and create a quality assurance process to ensure data accuracy in reports and data collection
