Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They must also analyze market trends and data, identify business opportunities, and work closely with other departments to drive business growth. Qualifications Sales, Business Development, or Marketing skills Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions Strong leadership and team management skills High degree of motivation and self-driven Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Salary: UPTO 12 Lacs LPA.Job tags
