Post: Project Manager
Job Location: Delhi/NCR
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:10-20 Year.

Manage the project with standards of Health Safety Security & Environment.
Ensuring effective optimum use of available resources
Ensure timely completion of milestones.
Monitor budgeted cost & reduce time over-runs to ensure timely execution
Track the schedule and implement corrective action in case of delay.
Organize resources to expedite progress and ensure timely completion of project.
Ensure customer delight and pave way for repeated orders from same customer.
Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
Supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget. Liasioning works in govt. departments.
