Job Overview We are hiring for the role of Commi-1 2 3 with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The salary range for this role will be competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
Qualifications And Skills - Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time.
- Certification from a recognized culinary program is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Prepare soups, stocks, sauces, vegetables, and other food items in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any malfunction.
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served.
- Notify manager/supervisor of any problems or issues related to food quality or service.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
