Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Deal Pursuit:
- Take a proactive role in the overall pursuit communications strategy and development of value propositions translating into a campaign and a bespoke marketing plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design opportunity-centric activities to influence wins across large transformation deals along with working with the most senior and influential stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze intel across sources and curate personalized content and resources for key decisionmakers in the deal pursuit.
- Responsible for quality control of all client-facing materials during the pursuit and acting as the knowledge steward for the pursuit.
- Co-leading post-pursuit analysis and review; making recommendations for process improvement and championing deal activation best-practice pursuit management tools and processes.
2. Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with clients to drive higher mindshare and CSAT.
- Address complex engagement needs for cross-sell and upsell and ensure effective solutions to achieve desired results.
- Develop and implement advanced strategies to enhance client engagement across ABM programs, QBR and Annual milestones.
- Collaborate with the sales and client relations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to boost overall employee engagement and satisfaction for employees across identified accounts.
- Lead the organization of internal events and activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with HR and Change Management teams to develop and implement advanced employee programs across their journey in the account- onboarding, educating, growth, and recognition.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA/PGDM (Batch 2022/2023) from Tier 1 and Tier 2 B Schools with minimum 60% in 10th, 12th standard, UG
- Relevant exposure/ work experience would be an added advantage.
Skillset required:
- Understanding of account/client relationship management responsibilities.
- Ability to own the processes from initiation to closure.
- Exceptional drive and curiosity, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
