We are hiring for Assistant Manager position. Role - Finance and Accounting Designation - AM / Assistant Manager Location - Chennai / Kolkata Shifts - UK & Australian Eligibility criteria - Educational Qualification - CA Qualified/ CA – Inter/ CA Inter , ICWA ( Cost Accounting ) , ICWA Inter , CMA , ACCA. Minimum 3 years in accounting in a business or construction/infrastructure environment post qualification 5+ years FP&A / F&A, high-end accounting and reporting experience in A similar environment Immediate joiners are preferred. Desirable Exp : Post CA min 3 years & Non CA min 5 years Knowledge & Skills -• Culture - Australia • Project/Asset/Fund Financial reporting & Analysis • Cost Management • Management Reporting • Planning-Budgeting-Forecasting • Statutory Financial Reporting • Project Cost Management • Project Reporting and Project Admin • Cost Allocation, General Accounting • WBS/Cost Element Management • Data Checks, System Admin Roles and Responsibilities - -Responsible for the delivery of financial accounting, analytical and administrative activities required for the Funds and Mandates to meet the requirements of all legislative and Investment -Management Agreements/Fund Constitutions, including but not limited to, -Financial Statement Preparation, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting - Preparation of Fund annual financial statements - Capital Management and compliance reporting - Fund associated regulatory reporting - Preparation of Finance inputs to Investor reporting - Undertake the Fund Annual Budget process in support of the relevant Business Partner - Deliver tax compliance obligations including annual returns, monthly BAS, Quarterly tax calculations - Support and collaborate with the internal and external valuation teams as required - Other activities as per Fund requirements - Extensive stakeholder management across different geographies. - Locations are Chennai & Kolkata Desirable Qualification : CA / CMA / CA Inter / ACCA / ACA / ICWA Max Remuneration : Qualified CA 12.5 LPA Non CA 9.5 LPA Regards, HR Sanjukta (7439230433) [email protected] (for further information, drop a mail/text)Job tags
