Education Qualification: Diploma/ B.E. Mechanical
Exp: 6+ years

Job Role and responsiblity
· Able to prepare engineering sketches.
· AUTOCAD experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
· Experience with mechanical calculations, gear box maintenance, lubrication practices, lubricant selection.
· Ability to perform under pressure and under changing priorities.
· Able to lead the team.
· Good planning and organizing skills.
· Experience with documentation related to ISO 9001,14001, 45000, Loss prevention auditing etc.
· Able to communicated effectively within the department and other departments.
· Able to communicate effectively across all the levels in the organizations.
· Good command on Microsoft office tools, ERP / SAP experience will be an added advantage.
· Work exposure to air compressors, Water treatment, ETP, STP, refrigeration, steam boilers and cooling towers.
· Responsible for planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machines and instruments to increase operational/ machine up time and equipment reliability.
· Planning of Maintenance - Various activities related to planning to get maximum production with optimum efficiency i. e. reduce breakdowns in Production time , Daily checks , Preventive Maintenance , Lubricating the Machines.
· Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment's through application or troubleshooting tools.
· Ensuring all machines are working well by conducting timely checks.
· Safety trainings and safety management.
· Have responsible for scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
· Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines
· Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations and the govt. compliances
· Responsible for spare parts development, design drawing and modification.
· Need to coordinate the completion of complex repairs and job work related work with vendor
· Have to look for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
· Generation of maintenance reports and root cause analysis of the breakdowns.
· Responsible for the entire operation of Utilities (Compressors, Chillers, Boiler, Fire Hydrant System, ETP and STP)
· Co-ordination with procurement and the vendors for requirement.
