We have immediate openings for Day Shift HR Recruiters / Telecallers. The selected candidates will be responsible for recruitment activities and telecalling duties in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Conducting recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms and networking to attract potential candidates
- Telecalling prospective candidates to discuss job opportunities and schedule interviews
- Building and maintaining a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Assisting in other HR-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum 10th standard education; 10+2; Graduate (No BE/BTechs/Postgraduates)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates over the phone
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in recruitment or telecalling roles is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a day shift schedule
