The academy provides world-class technological aids and hands-on practical training on the latest flying machines to the students. It is situated in a prime location in Kochi City, Kerala, about 1KM away from International Airport.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor at SHA-SHIB AVIATION ACADEMY, located in Kochi. The Instructor will be responsible for teaching practical and theoretical aircraft maintenance engineering subjects such as avionics, engines, structures, and maintenance practices. The Instructor will also be responsible for assessing student performance, maintaining records, and participating in curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance engineering principles and practices
• Experience in teaching or instruction in the aviation field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess student performance accurately
• Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related field
• Professional certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is preferred
• Experience with current industry software and tools
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
