HR Manager - Talent, Generalist & Business Focus About the Role: Are you a resourceful HR dynamo who thrives in the exhilarating chaos of a startup? We're searching for a rockstar Group HR Manager to build and lead our HR function amidst rapid growth and constant evolution. Buckle up for talent acquisition, HR generalist duties, and business HR partnership – all while wearing multiple hats and making magic happen. This full-time position reports directly to the Founders and CEO and demands agility, innovation, and a passion for building a winning team. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Think outside the box to attract and land top talent in a competitive startup landscape. Utilize guerrilla tactics, embrace unconventional sourcing, and master the art of a lightning-fast recruitment cycle. Build meaningful relationships with hiring managers, becoming their trusted advisor and understanding their needs on the fly. Be a data enthusiast, leveraging analytics to refine your strategies and attract the perfect cultural fit. Embrace agility and adapt your approach as the company scales and needs shift. HR Generalist: Wear multiple hats, offering day-to-day HR support on everything from benefits to payroll, leave, and performance management. Think quick, be resourceful, and find creative solutions in a dynamic environment. Maintain accurate employee records and navigate evolving company policies with a smile. Be a conflict resolution ninja, handling employee relations issues with empathy and a focus on building a positive, collaborative team. Business HR: Be the strategic HR partner for business leaders, translating their needs into actionable HR initiatives that drive growth. Think ahead, anticipating future HR challenges and proactively developing solutions. Embrace data-driven decision making, analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend impactful changes. Be a champion for the employee experience, advocating for initiatives that foster engagement and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferably with an MBA (bonus points for unconventional paths if they demonstrate your resourcefulness!). 6-10 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in an HR generalist or business partner role. Deep understanding of employment law and compliance, but also the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing regulations. A relentless drive, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a knack for finding creative solutions under pressure. The ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and thrive in a collaborative, but fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR technology platforms and data analysis tools.
