Job Designation : Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML)Locations Open : Multiple Position and Category : Permanent and Company PayrollJob description :Roles and Responsibilities (Along with Skills Required) :- Perform independent model validation on the cutting-edge machine learning models and produce high-quality model validation reports, highlighting risks and limitations of the model in a concise manner.- Conduct independent testing on AI/ML models.- Write well documented code that can be shared and used across teams, and can scale to be used in existing products. SQL, Advanced Python or R (descriptive / predictive models), Tableau Visualization. Working knowledge of Hadoop, BigQuery, Presto, Vertica- Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to uncover unique actionable insights about customer service, health of public conversation and social media- Inform, influence, support, and execute analysis that feeds into one of our many analytics domains Customer analytics, product analytics, business operation analytics, cost analytics, media analytics, people analytics- Select and deselect analytics priorities, insights and data based on ability to drive our desired outcomes- Own the end to end process, from initiation to deployment, and through ongoing communication and collaboration, sharing of results to partners and leadership- Mentor and create sense of community and learning environments for our global team of data analysts- Drive development and delivery of analytic and statistical models using skills such as data acquisition and management, algorithm design, and model development refinement- Work with business partners using a collaborative, agile approach to develop solutions rapidly that add value and are centered around the user experience.- Act as full stack data scientist to develop mathematical, analytical, optimization and/or AI/ML models to support evidence-based decision making. - Ensure overall quality of the data solutions throughout the analytic development process and support deploying them as end-to-end products on Google Cloud Platform- Communicate to business audiences through verbal and written presentations describing the results of the validation findings and mitigation actions.- Work closely with business owners/model users and developers to understand the business context for model use and facilitate the model approval process.- Stay up to date with regulatory expectations of model development, use, and validation activities.- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key model stakeholders.- Support the coordination of model risk governance practices with the model users.- Attention to detail in both analytics and documentation.
