RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Ensure smooth implementation. Implement procedures to ensure proper cut off and start of new system Smooth and accurate data transfer from old to new Use of features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Ensure optimal use of various features of Dynamics 365 Ongoing Support Support various departments in their operation of the system Customise modules and interfaces as required Troubleshooting Troubleshoot various issues faced by users System Maintenance and Backups Ensure system maintenance and upgrades Comprehensive data backup processes Internal and External Relations Direct reporting to the CFO based in Bengaluru Various User Departments Auditors IT Vendors QUALIFICATIONS: Expert level knowledge of Microsoft NAV Minimum of 4 years experience including implementation EDUCATION/LANGUAGE/ERP: Engg or Masters in Computer Applications or equivalent Language: Fluent EnglishJob tags
