Job description
The primary objective is to promote products or services, generate leads, Outbound/cold calling, and provide information to clients/customers. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide relevant information about
products or services.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Promote and explain features, benefits, and details of products or services.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards during customer
interactions.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to share insights, strategies, and
best practices.
Provide regular reports on call activity, lead generation to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to enhance
communication effectiveness.
Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Have experience in US Process.
Excellent experience in lead finding and generation.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Efficiently manage time to meet daily call quotas and achieve targets.
Ability to adapt to changes in scripts, products, or strategies.
Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and data entry proficiency.
Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection or objections.
Maintain ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions.
Education and Experience: Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is desirable.
