With in-house teams, expertise, and standardized processes and tools to conduct assignments, IPE Decode Resolvency is a robust organization with the intent to be the IP's backbone in the stressed asset ecosystem.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team and senior management, preparing legal documents, and managing the administration of legal files and documents.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IBC Law with good attention to detail
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent Communication Skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Administrative Assistance Skills to support the senior management
• Strong Organization Skills to manage legal files and documents
• Strong skills in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Law preferred
• Relevant work experience in legal support preferred
