Job description
Job Responsibilities: 1. Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch 2. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams 3. Conduct regular feedback sessions and interviews with product users to evaluate their needs and pain points 4. Define product metrics for measuring the impact of new releases. Keep a track of these metrics to identify potential ups and downs in product utilization 5. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI 6. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization 7. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Denave and its features across primary market segments 8. Guide Inventory team to identify gaps in the database inventory in terms of accuracy, quantity, and coverage. Define and implement ways to fill these gaps to increase the product engagement 9. Guide Research team to find out new website sources containing B2B customer database, define companies’ landscape in various geographies, features research and other product-related research activities
Skills and Qualifications: 1. Minimum three years experience is required in a dynamic product management role 2. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or any other engineering domain 3. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle 4. Highly effective cross-functional team management 5. Previous experience delivering finely tuned product strategies 6. Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills 7. Previous software and web development experience is a plus 8. Prior experience of managing a Sales intelligence product is a plusJob tags
