Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager - Interior Designing in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of premium interior designing / furnishing projects executed by Amenify India in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for working with Amenify's interior designers, coordinating with vendors, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior designing for homes / offices, executing turnkey projects, project management, and team management
• Proficient with BOQ (Bill of Quantity), Pricing management, Client negotiations, Vendor management, and Invoice management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Designing or other related field
