Job description
The role presents an opportunity to join a promising start up in Real Estate
industry . As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial
advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. You will work closely with clients
to understand their financial goals, develop personalized investment strategies, and help them
grow and protect their wealth. Your expertise in financial planning, investment management, and
risk assessment will be essential in guiding clients towards making informed financial decisions.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, staying updated on market
trends and regulatory changes to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
- Independently managing client (HNIs) portfolio
- Direct connect with Family offices / Corporates
- Connect with Banks / NBFCs / HFCs
- Stay up to date on market trends, economic indicators, and investment products to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as tax advisors and estate planners, to ensure holistic wealth management solutions for clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and generating new business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Cultivate strong client relationships through ongoing communication, personalized service, and trust building.
Requirements:
- Master s degree in business/ Finance / Economics from a top College/University; preferably an MBA from reputed institutions
- Experience as a product manager and looked at selling/ underwting RE deals to HNI with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Understanding of Real Estate Products (AIF /NCD / ICD / Inventory funding/ last mile funding/ construction finance)
- Proven experience as a Wealth Manager or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Valid licenses and registrations as required by regulatory authorities (e.g., securities license, investment advisor registration).
