. Job Description The Team Focus TU Enterprise Architecture Governance team provides the leadership and oversight of running day to day operations of our architecture governance boards and councils. If you like rolling up your sleeves, working with architects across various domains, defining various architecture processes, capturing and reporting on operating and outcome metrics, and comfortable working with Senior Leaders (VP, Sr.Directors), willing to learn how architecture strategies, new capabilities and technologies are introduced, in a fast-paced environment and ability to define to define enterprise class processes this is might be a role for you How You Will Contribute: Technical Breath . You will be responsible for defining and maintaining architecture governance council charter. . You will contribute to the ongoing constantly evolution and right sizing of the governance boards to meet TU business needs. . You will be running governance board effectively and efficiently with the help of Enterprise Architecture leadership. . You will be capturing and reporting required operational and outcome metrics. . You will be collaborating with data visualization team in reporting GAC metrics and outcomes. . You will act as a business stakeholder for BizzDesign, the TU Enterprise Technology Information & Insights tool, and participate in prioritization and execution of improvements in an agile manner. . You will review and publish trends to improve BizzDesign tool usage and best practices. . You will maintain and operate architecture process flows in TU Jira with the support of the Jira engineering teams. . You will maintain architecture content reflective of TU architecture processes in TU Architecture confluence site. . You will act as a data quality steward of data/models in EA tool. . You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting historical and current state of architecture. . You will define and act as a process owner for various architecture process by working with Enterprise Architecture leadership as well as other architectureImpact You'll Make:
Leadership & Collaboration . You will have ability to work in a fast paced environment . You will have ability to work with various architect leads, domain architects, and other enterprise stakeholders in making sure the processes are well communicated in adapting architecture processes and timely delivery of required artifacts to the governance councils. . You will be hands on leader, leading a team that defines the architecture processes, solicits feedback from stakeholders, implements the process and strives to improve processes to optimize value to various council members and participating stakeholders. . You will be able to build strong partnerships with various architecture domain leads and architects to deliver outcomes for TU. . You will be a true collaborator that partners with various Sr. leadership across various stakeholders in the technology, information security, procurement, and compliance and other business areas to drive and align governance processes with enterprise processes. Financial Acumen . You will act as a business owner for BizzDesign in partnership with Enterprise Architecture leadership, making sure the right licenses are allocated to right resources and license costs are managed as per budget. Executive Communication . You will be comfortable presenting new processes as well as changes, outcome metrics, and operational metrics various senior stakeholders.TransUnion Job Title
