Job Purpose This role will be part of Centre-of-Excellence (CoE) for SAP ERP (FICO Modules) and will be responsible for managing SAP ERP Implementations and support for FICO modules along with driving automation and finance transformation initiatives across our businesses globally through external partners ensuring committed project plans, SLA adherence and value realization of finance automation and transformation initiatives. The responsibility also includes evaluation and recommendation of business process improvements using industry best practices to address existing and changing business needs. The role also involves evaluation and implementation of Non-SAP applications and analytics in the area of Finance and Costing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

(A) Project Management

Ensure business IT initiatives are followed through from conceptualisation to project implementation and value realization. Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans for implementation of business applications and functional process improvements Engage and manage senior functional stakeholders through effective communication and ensuring business needs are met in a timely manner. Liaise with external vendors with regards to configuration, implementation and maintenance of SAP and Non-SAP Applications.

(B) Business Process Analysis

Understand and Document business requirements. Proactively Identify process improvement opportunities and drive process re-engineering /transformation Drive business application enhancements in the event of organizational changes or changes to business processes Analyse business processes to determine and recommend IT solutions taking into consideration the business objectives, issues and the functional capabilities of the business applications in use.

(C) Business Applications’ Support

Coordinate with business users, peers in IT Centre of Excellence and third party AMS support team to ensure timely and quality support to incidents and change requests to business applications. Effectively communicate application changes and issues to business stakeholders and external vendors. Develop and support application upgrade plans and disaster recovery and business continuity plans for assigned applications. Ensure adequate process controls, process documentation and process governance in support of business applications and also provide support to internal and external application audits.

Educational Qualification:

12+ years

Experience:

CA or ICWA or MBA finance.

Skills:

Must have strong project management and hands on experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP FICO Module. Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO module along with integrations with other business processes of SAP MM, PP, SD. Solution architect for Product costing (ML/Actual Costing) and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) along with designing business KPI dashboards. Experience in designing and driving automation initiatives in P2P, O2C, R2R using RPA, OCR etc involving integration with non-SAP applications. CPG industry experience is preferred Ability to handle cultural differences and geographical complexities Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders Willingness to travel for global project implementations
