Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management, with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by performing regular audits and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against them
- Provide analysis and insights on financial performance, trends, and variances
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance
