Job Title: IND Associate Software Engineer

Reports to: Senior Software Engineer

Work Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid

Cab Facility: No

Shift Timing: Flexible (usually 8 am to 5pm)

Education

B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or similar from reputed institute

Desired Experience and Skills

• Strong experience in C#, Asp.Net/.Net Core/MVC/ SQL, JavaScript
• Experience in developing products/modules.
• Exposure to db design or/and dB queying is good to have.
• Having experience in developing products from scratch is preferable.
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to interact with senior leaders
• Self- driven, persistent, action oriented and goal driven.

Role Summary

The incumbent would be a part of Technology (Geeks) team within Assessment Solutions business and will be expected to strengthen our product by building and adding new products and improving the existing product features on the platform to improve existing offerings like:

• AI enabled remote proctoring and video-based virtual examination solutions
• Coding Skills Evaluation Solution for 30+ programming languages
• Interview Product Like Aon Live for Corporates to virtually interview candidates.
• Aon Assessment Products to assess candidates and apply for Jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• .Net programming to build a world class product which is scalable and secure (model to be used by millions of users)
• Responsible for quality code development, structuring of code and testing.
• Deliver module releases in rapid iterations, bring out dependencies, quality issues and manage timelines.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, framework and best practices of the organization.
• Work with global team and global products
