Centralised Dealing Room Head
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
· Activation Goals : Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts.
· Reactivation Goals : Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients.
· Client Retention : Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service.
· Team Leadership : Reach team performance goals through effective leadership.
· Recruitment and Training : Hire and provide training to ensure a high-performing team.
· Compliance Enforcement : Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards.
· High-Net-Worth (HNI) Engagement : Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs.
· Collaborative Campaigns : Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns.
· Innovation in Marketing : Implement and oversee marketing automation strategies
Qualification and Experience :
· Experience : At least 7 years in the industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
· Education : A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred.
· Industry Expertise : Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry.
· Certification : NISM Series VIII certification is required.
· Communication Skills : Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
