Job description

Job Title: Sr Executive/Manager -Accounts and Finance Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as a Sr Executive/Manager -Accounts and Finance. This role is responsible for ensuring financial compliance, preparing/coordinating accurate financial reports, managing payments, , and providing financial insights and MIS Reports to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and compliance, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities: Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and compliance requirements. Develop and maintain internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. Collaborating with external agencies like company CA and CS and ensuring all Financial and Secretarial compliance related activities are completed upto date. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements (P&L) and project-wise P&L reports. Generate MIS reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing financial performance. preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, preparation/submission of Bank related documents. Accounts Management: Contributing in the preparation/filing of GST, Tds, ESI , PF and other similar nature of filings and payments. Maintain payment records, reconcile accounts payable and receivables, and resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline payment and receipt processes and optimize cash flow management and review of weekly payments and receipts. Contributing and preparing Incentives and Rewards calculations. Managing expenses related to Accounts and Finance Department. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental and project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support the forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and insights. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred. Proven experience in financial compliance, reporting, and analysis. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity
