• Sourcing Screening of candidates through Job Portals.
  
• ​Arranging Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.

Requirements

. Graduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic career. . Work Experience: 1-4 years as a recruiter. . Evaluation & Analysis acumen for sorting & selecting candidates. . Candidates having a military family background would be preferred.

. Candidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
