Role Description
This is an on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication with customers, sales, and customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will also be responsible for converting leads into sales through effective communication and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven experience in Sales, including upselling and cross-selling
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus
