Job description
Coordinate the transition of Engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs) to Manufacturing BOMs within the ERP system, preferably M3.
Ensure precise representation of product structures and components throughout the manufacturing process.
Uphold data integrity and accuracy during the conversion process.
Provide hands-on assistance for the Teamcenter Manufacturing BOM project, with a specific focus on variant configuration.
Foster close collaboration with the RD team to seamlessly integrate variant configurations into manufacturing.
Stay abreast of project advancements and proactively identify and tackle potential hurdles.
Take an active role in project management for Operations, ensuring efficient execution and timely project completion.
Strategize, coordinate, and monitor projects to fulfil objectives, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.
Effectively manage diverse stakeholders and communicate project progress and updates.
Actively engage in digitalization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and leveraging technological advancements.
Introduce new digital tools or systems to streamline processes and enhance production workflows.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and explore their potential applications within the organization.
Provide support to the production preparation team by sharing system knowledge and expertise.
Guide the team in leveraging ERP and other digital tools to optimize production workflows and mitigate inefficiencies.
Anticipate and address potential production bottlenecks pre-emptively.
Adhere to group guidelines and the Epiroc Way.
Experience requirements
9-12 years in prefer in heavy machinery industry or project-based industry.
Knowledge
Proficiency in managing BOMs within ERP systems, preferably M3.
Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional projects.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, variant configurations, and Teamcenter M BOM.
Leadership potential.

Prefer to have experience with Teamcenter M BOM project management.

Educational requirements
Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. PMP certifications will have added advantage.
