Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to patrons at the bar, ensuring customer satisfaction, keeping the bar area clean and stocked, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and handling cash transactions. The Bartender will work closely with the restaurant and kitchen staff to maintain consistent service standards.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills
- Food and beverage knowledge/awareness
- Cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong bartending skills and knowledge of bar equipment
- Excellent hygiene and cleanliness practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant certifications and/or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
