The company is committed to providing accurate and timely services to clients. With an office in India, Ledgercraft is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records and interacting with clients via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives or Customer Support experience
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a great customer experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries from customers and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
• Experience in the financial or accounting industry is a plus
