Job description
Key Accountabilities:UI/UX Design:- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms, considering user needs and design principles.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate through design phases.- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.User-Centered Design:- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architectures to guide design solutions.- Optimize user flows and interactions to enhance the overall user experience.Collaboration:- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design concepts with business goals.- Participate in design workshops, sprints, and usability testing sessions to refine design solutions.- Provide design input and contribute to cross-functional discussions.Visual Design:- Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language.- Incorporate typography, color theory, and graphic elements to enhance design aesthetics.- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes and devices.Key Performance Indicators:- Delivery of user-centered and visually appealing design solutions.- Positive impact of design solutions on user engagement and satisfaction.- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Timely completion of design projects within allocated budgets and timelines.- Successful iteration of design solutions based on user feedback and testing.Key Interactions:- Product Managers- Developers- UX Researchers- Stakeholders- Creative Directors- Marketing TeamsQualifications, Experiences, Skills:Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- Minimum Experience: 6 to 8 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a demonstrated track record of delivering impactful design solutions.Job Specific Skills:- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Experience with user research, usability testing, and information architecture.- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and rationale.- Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Core Competencies : - User-Centered Design: Proficiency in creating designs that prioritize user needs, interactions, and visual appeal.- Collaboration: Effective teamwork and communication skills, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.- Visual Design: Mastery of typography, color theory, and graphic elements to create visually engaging design solutions.- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and the ability to address design challenges.- Creativity: Capacity to introduce innovative design concepts and elevate user experiences.- Attention to Detail: Dedication to producing pixel-perfect and consistent design deliverables.- Adaptability: Capacity to learn and adapt quickly to new design trends, tools, and technologies.
