Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Goa for a Senior Captain. The Senior Captain will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant’s service aspect. They will be accountable for ensuring high-quality customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the management team.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Captain or a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant Proven experience in managing and leading a team of service staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service Proficient in English, with knowledge of other languages a plus Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
