Job responsibilties
Hands-on Sound Knowledge of Virtualization. Coordination with managed services support teams for faster troubleshooting, RCA and resolution. Implementation of OEM recommendations and assessments related to Virtualization for achieving solutions related to managed services instances. Implement any suggestion tuning from IOCL remotely from NOC/on-site support at IOCL. Creation of blueprints from scratch and publishing in vrealize automation self-service portal. Performing upgrade and maintenance of VMware infra (vsphere, vrealize suite, VCF, NSX, VSAN etc.) in coordination with TAM and OEM. Ensuring the uptime and availability of VMware infra. Are there any resource bottlenecks? Memory, CPU, Disk, Network? Do you have any, or need any, additional tools to have a better handle on this? Monitoring Pool / Aggregate / space usage Volume, LUN monitoring Hardware, storage utilization levels monitoring Administer SAN Storage arrays and SAN fabrics • S3 browser installation and configuration Storage Availability • Disk Availability • SAN Switch Availability • Controller Monitoring Pro-active Availability through SMTP alerts • Storage event Log analysis Incident and Request Fulfillment Management Call log with OEM in case of any hardware failure • Daily performance monitoring reports for storage, NAS and SAN equipment Location - Chennai Any graduate Immediate joiners required Budget - 5lpa Interested candidates can share resumes to [email protected]Job tags
