Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Patna at Skytech Aviation Services Pvt.Ltd. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, business relationship management, providing excellent customer service, and managing client relations. The Customer Relationship Executive will also be responsible for clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Business Relationship Management skills
• Experience managing client relations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
